The Lagree Method

  • The Lagree Method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that enhances strength, endurance, and flexibility through controlled muscle contractions. Developed by Sebastien Lagree, it employs the Megaformer machine for resistance and varied movements. At 216 Lagree, we use the MegaPro, one of the most advanced and cutting-edge machines in Lagree Fitness. Targets full body engagement with multiple muscle groups for balanced strength and muscle growth. Using slow controlled movements to increases muscle tension duration. The method enhances strength and tone while minimizing joint strain. You will balance, strength training, and cardio to elevate heart rate, boost metabolism, and enhance calorie burn.

Meet the Founder – Mikaela Faiello

Hi, I’m Mikaela Faiello, the Owner and Founder of 216 Lagree. I am Lagree Fitness Academy Certified, and I completed my training in Los Angeles, where I first fell in love with the Lagree Method.

From the very first class, I knew Lagree was different, it challenged me in ways I had never experienced, both mentally and physically. It didn’t just transform my body, it completely changed my mindset, my confidence, and the way I showed up in my life.

When I moved back home to Cleveland, I knew I had to bring this method with me. That’s why I created 216 Lagree, a space where you can leave the outside world at the door, quiet your anxiety, and step into your strongest, most confident self.

At 216 Lagree, all of our instructors are Lagree Fitness Academy Certified, meaning they’ve completed official Lagree Method training under a Master Trainer. This ensures every class is led with the highest level of education, precision cueing, and expert programming. So, you get the safest, most effective, and most results-driven workout every time.
