What is Lagree Fitness?
Lagree Fitness is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility. It is performed on a specialized machine called the Megapro, which enhances the effectiveness of the exercises by providing resistance.
What can I expect from a Lagree class?
In a typical Lagree class, you can expect a full-body workout that lasts about 45 minutes. The classes focus on controlled movements and precise execution, targeting multiple muscle groups simultaneously. You will experience muscle fatigue, followed by muscle recovery, all while improving your overall strength and endurance.
Is Lagree suitable for beginners?
Yes, Lagree is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. Modifications are provided for beginners, alongside challenges for more experienced participants. Our certified instructors will guide you through the class, ensuring that you perform the exercises safely and effectively.
How many times per week should I attend classes?
For optimal results, it is recommended to attend Lagree classes 3 to 4 times per week. This frequency provides enough recovery time while effectively challenging your muscles and promoting overall fitness.
What should I wear/bring to class?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout attire that allows for movement. Grip socks are required. We do have grip socks available for purchase in studio. We also offer complimentary water bottles and sweat towels.
How do I register for a class?
You can register for a class through our online booking system, available on our website or app. Reservations are recommended, especially during peak times, to secure your spot.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 8-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please do so at least 8 hours in advance to avoid losing the class credit/being charged.
What is your late policy?
To ensure a safe and smooth class experience for everyone, we ask that all clients arrive at least 10 minutes early. For first-time clients, arriving 10 minutes early is non-negotiable, as we need time to get you checked in, properly set up on your Megapro, and walk you through the machine before class begins. Doors lock right at class start time, and late entry is not permitted. If you arrive after the start of class, you will be considered a no-show and may lose your class credit and/or be charged accordingly.
What is your waitlist policy?
If a class is full, you are welcome to join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added to the class and notified via email. It is the client’s responsibility to monitor their waitlist status, and we strongly encourage checking up until 1 hour before class time. If you are moved from the waitlist into the class within the cancellation window, late cancellation and no-show fees still apply, so please plan accordingly and only join the waitlist if you are confident you can attend.
Can I participate if I have an injury?
If you have an injury or medical condition, it is essential to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new workout program, including Lagree Fitness. Please inform your instructor of any limitations so they can provide appropriate modifications during the class.
What is the maximum class size?
To ensure a personalized experience, our classes are kept at a maximum size (10 machines), allowing instructors to offer individual attention and corrections. Check with the studio for specific class capacity.
